Know Yourself

It's amazing how much I've changed since entering highschool. During the ninth grade, I didn't know myself at all. What type of music I liked, the shows, my interests, and etc. were all questions I dreaded answering because I wasn't sure. I filled my mp3 player with songs my friends liked, and let them borrow it all the time. I read in secret because I didn't want them to know what I was reading. As for my talents? The only thing I knew how to do was make good grades and play the violin, and between you and me, I wasn't that great.

And then they made us take a personality test. If I had the option, I would have put somewhat for every answer, but I wanted to know myself. I yearned to know facts that came so easily to everyone else.

The results only fit me a little bit.

But after years of searching for myself, I can now proudly say that I know who I am and what I want to be. And to prove it, I've retaken the same personality quiz and have discovered that the results I got were me all the way.

I know what I want, I know what I like, and I know who I am. As cheesy as it sounds , Iknow who I am. And I'm happy about that.
